This Engagement will help Azani Sports deploy a unique ‘end-to-end performance model’, powering on Technology, Marketplace, and eCRM for digital customer acquisition.
The account was won in a multi-agency pitch. And will be handled from the CommerceX Gurgaon office.
As part of this mandate, CommerceX will handle the end to end digital including – Technology, Marketplace Management, Digital advertising, Performance Marketing, Customer retention/loyalty and reputation management for the company.
CommerceX will also leverage Customer data management platform (CDP) – Cross OmniChannel marketing automation to execute personalized campaigns at scale. Commercex is partnered with the industry’s leading cloud-based CRM tool, that enables companies to personalize online and mobile marketing campaigns with richer and more actionable information about targeted audiences.
