To qualify as a suitable candidate you will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a leading eCommerce/FMCG firm specific to beauty/personal care brands with hands on account management experience.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the beauty/personal care sector in India
- Have a strong network of contacts specifically in the beauty vertical which you will use to develop new business opportunities in close association with the business development team
- Have relevant experience in client retention and growth.
- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills
As Category lead you will:
- Be responsible for the P&L for the personal care category and work closely with the client success team to ensure month and quarterly targets are achieved.
- Conduct weekly reviews with all personal care clients along with the client success team and providing regular feedback to the management.
- Attend appropriate events and conferences within the beauty industry, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
- Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on the beauty/personal care vertical
